As Vice President of Business Development at The Energy Exchange, he plays a key role in one of the industry's most active brokerage teams, which has successfully completed over $1 billion in transactions across the U.S.

With a career rooted in energy-related business brokerage, Salem brings nearly a decade of experience helping institutional clients, private investors, and independent owner-operators navigate the complex sale and purchase of fuel retail assets. Prior to his current role, he founded and led Alfarraj Consulting Group, where he offered tailored solutions for clients across the retail petroleum space. He also served at The Saleh Group, one of the Midwest's most prominent gas station brokerages.

Salem is a licensed real estate broker in Illinois and a licensed salesperson in Ohio. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies from The Ohio State University and an Associate of Science from Columbus State, where he earned Dean's List recognition throughout.
